Blackadder has cunning plans for the dome

Article Abstract:

British comedian Rowan Atkinson hopes to make a funny film about the history of the United Kingdom for the Millennium Dome project.Atkinson, well known for his television comic characters Mr Bean and Edmund Blackadder, would feature with other comedians such as Tony Robinson in the film. The film tour would be presented to dome audiences on an hourly basis if dome organizer New Millennium Experience Company accepts Atkinson's application.

Harts presses on with float plans
