By passing the financial growth cycle: Evidence from capital pool companies
Article Abstract:
The Capital Pool Company Program implemented by Canadian regulators, to enable smaller firms to access the stock market directly by passing the traditional financial growth cycle, and the failure of most of this issues in satisfying the basic postulates of this program is discussed, by analyzing 450 issuers.
