CFOs cop Sarbanes-Oxley Act

Article Abstract:

Chief financial officers of some of the Australian companies will have to comply with the provisions of America's Sarbanes-Oxley Act. The implications in terms of time and costs are high. However, eventual benefits are unmistakable. Suggestions on implementation of the procedures for the purpose of compliance with the said act are also presented.
