Article Abstract:

The management style and skills carried out by the Australian automobile industries are presented. Major companies like Toyota Motor Corporation, General Motors (GM), Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, Ford Motor Company and other makers regard the Australian industry as a valuable executive training ground, and they recognize the talents of Australian executives and promote them accordingly.

Australian arm of accounting firm KPMG's problem has raised some other questions whether Australia's new corporate law reform program CLERP 9 accounting standards should be changed or not. The National Australian Bank (NAB) and KPMG issue is an alarming signal for those companies with securities listed in the US.
