Case study: how to price your products to increase profits

Article Abstract:

Small business enterprises cannot afford to make the wrong pricing decisions. Before they can set the price of a product or service, they must carefully analyze the possible implications of their decisions. They have to consider their company's current fixed and variable costs and analyze new orders to find out ways to increase the profit margin. In addition, they must prepare a profit and loss statement on new orders to ensure that they will gain from the transaction.

Stretch-out loans: How to increase your available capital

Article Abstract:

Stretch-out loans, wherein the repayment terms are arranged over a longer period, can enormously boost the average amount of a company's capital. Home and business mortgages where interest rates are considerably higher or lower than existing rates can profit from stretch-out loans. This type of loan is suitable to companies that want to optimize cash flow and want to avoid troublesome renegotiations of loan deals.
