Cruise-ship plan turns into quite an odyssey; what William Angliss 2000 did when it saw South Pacific Cruise Line coming - and going

Article Abstract:

The now-bankrupt South Pacific Cruise Line (SPCL) played off Brisbane against Melbourne for port concessions before it became insolvent. SPCL CEO Greg Adams used the lack of domestic passenger ship services as a trump card. The whole dealing has been touched by scandal at the federal and state levels.
