Don't be a bully

Article Abstract:

Arguments against the common belief that leadership bullying by means of controlling things and people will lead to organizational success are presented. The four types of bullying leaders are described, the snake, screamer, nitpicker and gatekeeper. The negative effects of bullying leadership are discussed.
