Electronics industry

Article Abstract:

The acceleration of technological innovation in the electronics industry is shrinking the size and increasing the complexity of components, trends that businesses and consumers have come to expect. Marketplace globalization and expense reduction have also become as common to this sector as they have to other industries, but research expenses remain important. There are several good stocks in this industry for investors in late 1998 and early 1999.

Electronics industry

Article Abstract:

New products have been created for new needs, such as in the auto industry, as the technological innovation increases, and faster, more powerful, and more intricate products are being demanded by customers. The electronics industry has also found that global markets have become more important, but many electronics firms need to keep costs under control. Investors need to select these stocks with care although they are timely for 1998 and beyond.
