Customers generally incline towards lower prices. As offering lower prices forever is not in the interest of the business, the industry, or to that matter the customers also, businesses look for service fees that cover costs. Marketers should understand that sales and profitability of a company do not go hand in hand. The right steps to settle the pricing issues with the customers are suggested.
