An interview with India's Finance Minister Yashwant Sinha who speaks about India's growth rate, which has risen from 5.6% in the 1980s to 6.5% in the 1990s, and what it will take to attain his target growth rate of 9% in the coming decade. He also talks about foreign investment, foreign competition, and his hope for India to be recognized as a major power in the world economy.
