Getting to sleep away from home: travel time

Article Abstract:

The ill-effects of constant business travel, such as inability to make good decisions, and increased auto accidents, can be countermanded by travelers who change some habits. Suggestions include moderate intake of food and drink, getting sun to help readjust the biological clock, and getting exercise.

Postal Service tackles competition

The Postal Service is offering new services in an effort to regain market share lost to private competitors. Private mail services believe the partially public agency should not compete with them, but the Postal Service claims it must compete to fulfill its main mission - delivering mail.
