How Australia's exports are faring

Article Abstract:

Japan is Australia's main trading partner and economic difficulties in Japan are expected to have an adverse effect on Australian exports to the country. Japanese buyers are asking for price reductions on Australian goods of almost 15% because of the economic difficulties. Even a 10% price reduction of the price of Australian raw materials could decrease Australian iron ore and coal accounts by $570 million Australian.
