Join the club

Article Abstract:

New and experienced investors alike can benefit from belonging to an investment club, a group of like-minded people who use members' monthly dues to build up a portfolio of stocks, bonds and other investments. Investment clubs allow members to increase their knowledge of investment issues without great monetary risk and many generate substantial profits. However, people interested in joining an investment club will probably have to establish their own. Having agreed on an investment philosophy, new investment clubs should build up a diversified portfolio by investing a set amount each month.
