Article Abstract:

Steve Chefan is the president of Stevenson Building and Design Inc. which specializes in multimillion dollar homes. But unlike many realtors who sell expensive homes, Chefan who sells in wealthy, trendy Boca Raton, Florida, sells his homes completely furnished. Chefan and his wife sell their completely done homes (down to coordinating toilet paper) to the rich as second or third homes. Their clients appreciate the total luxury of a completely furnished home, they are often tired of the tedium that can be associated with home decorating, and these homes are often purchased for their investment value.

If You Could Be Either Smart or Lucky..

Article Abstract:

When National Video Center and Recording Studio relocated to a former large, empty airlines hanger in New York, they could not have anticipated the combination of luck and being in the right place at the right time which would contribute to their enormous success. The cable television industry was just starting to take off, and the production studio was in constant demand. By the time the demand in the field had lessened, National was already into a new area, stereo television. National's owners realize that innovation in their industry is fleeting, and they hope that their luck holds out.

Innocents Abroad

Article Abstract:

Companies who send their employees abroad to work are recognizing the value of cross culture training. There are many services which have sprung up which will help train the foreign bound employee in local customs, local languages, business practices, and health needs. There are even services which will forward mail overseas, take messages, and help determine what the foreign-based employee's salary should be by comparing the costs of many items and services for many cities around the world.
