Measuring new product success: the difference that time perspective makes

Article Abstract:

A company's time perspective is crucial to the selection of criteria for the core measures of new product success. For the short term, development cost and speed-to-market should be emphasized, while return-on-investment is important for the long term. Other factors for both short-term and long-term success include customer satisfaction, customer acceptance and product performance level.

"Honey, have you seen our hamster?" Consumer evaluations of autonomous domestic products

Article Abstract:

A study on consumer's perception of benefits and risks associated with autonomous domestic products is presented. Autonomous products are self-initiating and operate on their own. It is this loss of control that people are skeptical about, and perceive as risky.
