Natural gas (diversified) industry

Article Abstract:

The diversified natural gas industry consists of companies that produce, sell, process and transport natural gas. Statistics of some of the companies in the industry and their securities rankings as of June 17, 2005 are furnished. The stocks in this sector are performing well but if the prices of natural gases decline, these stocks are expected to decline. The stocks are not likely to appreciate much in long term.

Statistics of some of the companies in the industry and their securities rankings as of June 18, 2004 are furnished. The effect of rising oil prices during the period on the industry is discussed.
