Hitachi is marketing the MB-16001 personal computer that runs on the 16-bit Intel 8088 processor with 128 K main memory and 192K RAM for graphics. A color monitor displays graphs and pictures. Hard disk options of from five to forty megabytes will be added to the present floppy disk drives. The MB-16001, priced from $5,000 to $6000, operates on the Microsoft disk operating system and can run most 16-bit software with little difficulty.
