Nokia, Ericsson to reflect telecoms' prospects

Article Abstract:

Analysts are forecasting that weak results from telecom equipment makers Ericsson and Nokia will portend a poor second half for the industry as a whole. The primary reason for the revenue downturn is spending cuts by debt-laden telecom service providers. Both companies are predicting that the market will stabilize and that revenue growth will resume.
