Organizational process alignment and dynamic capabilities in high-tech industry
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to investigate the proficiency of organizations in managing core processes which are related to organizational process alignment, and also to assess their potential to generate superior performance using the dynamic capability approach. Results show that the influence of organizational process alignment on organizational performance is mediated by organizational dynamic capability.

Good governance and the misleading myths of bad metrics
Article Abstract:
The details about board governance and the additional useful knowledge that is yet to be learned by the researchers are discussed. It is observed that the metrics ratings services evaluate the corporate governance of firms by mixing together empirically based standards and the myths and cliches of 'the Street'.

Knowledge complementarity and coordination in the local supply chain: some empirical evidence
Article Abstract:
The authors posit that a corporation's willingness to manage knowledge is more critical in determining the level of knowledge management than is its capability for doing so. Findings were obtained from studies of 18 companies in Northern Ireland.
