Organized Dissonance: Feminist Bureaucracy As Hybrid Form

This paper proposes a feminist bureaucracy as a distinct hybrid form, called "organized dissonance" as a blend of hierarchical and egalitarian models of power. A sample structured organization called SAFE is presented in the article.
