The Australian Taxation Office has ordered Robert Arthur Ashley, a Brisbane accountant, to pay $105, 378.73 for not paying tax for three years. If convicted as per the rules of the Tax AgentEs Board, the tax offence would disqualify Ashley as a efit and proper personE to act as a tax agent.
