Article Abstract:
The Supreme Court, in Mertens versus Hewitt Assoc, would not allow employees to file for monetary damages from employers' pension-plan advisers. Reports on Vanna White's lawsuit against Samsung Electronics and a contempt-of-court fine against United Mine Workers are presented.
