Project marketing: detailing the project manager's hidden responsibility

Article Abstract:

Project managers are often unaware of their role in marketing their project's end product or are unsure of its proper methods. A project marketing plan is thus formulated for project teams while prioritizing client needs. The plan's three components, including client analysis, marketing strategy, and control and evaluation aspects are detailed. This program also tends to result in greater project success primarily because it retains the focus of original goals.

Project management and conflict resolution

Article Abstract:

Although conflict can have some benefits, it should be resolved immediately to avoid unwelcome side-effects. It is relevant for project managers to assess the causes of the conflict and the people involved in the conflict to develop an effective conflict resolution approach.
