Office workers can reduce the chance of on-the-job back injury by stretching for 5-10 at the beginning of the day, alternate their position at their desk throughout the day and take breaks to walk around and stretch. Work should be within arms reach and a good seating position should be maintained.

Jiffy Lube founder W. James Hindman founded Youth Services after he sold Jiffy Lube in 1990. The company manages services for troubled youths who would otherwise be left out by state or federal policymakers. In FY 1994, Youth Services earned $2.1 million and receives praise from youths.

Approximately 2% of the population suffers from food intolerances or allergies. Business people who are often required to eat catered meals must learn to express their preferences. Many caterers try to accommodate groups by serving simple menus.
