Article Abstract:

The evolution of quality throughout the ages and the ever-changing body of knowledge for quality engineers to accommodate new ways of conducting business and enhancing their knowledge, of quality engineers and management are described. The basic knowledge and skills, for quality assurance to successfully understand and infuse modern quality management into such ever-changing environment are highlighted.

An empirical investigation of the channels that facilitate a total quality culture

Article Abstract:

The study is discussed which was conducted to examine the channels that facilitate the development of total quality culture based on the findings of an investigation of an international sample of organizations regarded trading exponents of total quality management. The study concludes that total quality management has emerged and despite some criticism has remained a prevalent management concept.

The modern quality manager

The role of the Company 'quality manager' is changing from the traditional Chief Inspector to a person with a wider set of abilities because of the increasing business priorities and customer demands. It is observed that the importance of the quality manager role is not considered so significant because world is not demanding and challenging.
