Heartland is a gateway established to allow the companies in the Blue Mountains area of New South Wales, Australia, to promote their products on their own World Wide Web sites as well as sell the products through electronic commerce. The region has $10 billion in trade and tourism per year. The Central Economic Zone established Heartland.

The company had $2 million in revenue in 1996, $1.7 million in revenue in 1997 and could make $2.3 million in 1998.
