Reputation Management Capabilities as Decision Rules

Article Abstract:

The authors identify four reputation management techniques used by Dutch food companies in response to controversy surrounding genetically modified foods. They are: avoiding firm ownership of reputational threats, engaging stakeholders in cooperative dialogue, presenting the company's point of view within a favorable context, and communicating effectively with involved parties.

Exploring Exploration Orientation and its Determinants: Some Empirical Evidence

Research shows that greater exploration orientation within an entity is associated with larger slack resources, a prospector orientation, a strong organization mission, and environmental dynamism.
