Most economic experts expect slow growth in 1996 without any major economic problems. Small business should do well in the stable economy, benefiting from low interest rates. The enactment of a balanced budget plan could boost growth. Improved technology will allow small businesses to compete internationally.

Corrections Day was originated by Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich in 1994 to allow time for legislation that was considered out-dated, useless or produced unintended results. The program has been successful according to the politicians who participate in it.
