Specialist's big return in small tax

Article Abstract:

The small Tasmanian accounting firm Badcock McKay specializes in the preparation of personal-income tax returns. The firm processed 7500 returns in 1998-99 and expects to process 9000 in 1999-2000. Partner Craig Badcock expects $1.9 million in fees in 1999-2000, compared to $1.4 million in 1998-99. Badcock McKay has also developed software to administer the work with thousands of salary and wage clients.
