Spikes in the oil barrel

Article Abstract:

The world crude oil production is at its full capacity and with limited spare capacity of 1.5 million barrels a day of poorer quality oil, any disruption in supply could lead to a crisis. The current situation is benefiting Australia indirectly as it is one of the large exporters of coal and natural gas.
