The case for ethical leadership
Article Abstract:
Lack of ethical behavior is most rampant in corporate America and leads to crisis of trust. The belief that ethics and business do not go together can only be dispelled by promoting ethical leadership. Approaches in this direction and the actions required to create organizations of ethical leaders are discussed.
