Talent, modesty and charm--now for profit

Article Abstract:

Business consultant Marcia Griffin recognized in Sue Carr the inherent qualities that may not allow some woman-owned business to make a profit and helped Carr and her interior design company, Carr Design Group, to turn a profit. Griffin tackled a lack of clients, internal problems, and introduced a $75,000 computer system that organized the business and its functions. Carr's business has made in profit in 1999 what it lost in 1998.
