The dialectic of Problem-Based learning in workplace contexts

Article Abstract:

The use of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) as a mediating factor in generating learning networks in workplace contexts is discussed. It is hypothesized that informal learning in experiential situations can be systematized to encourage deep learning at the collective and individual level. An integrated model is proposed in order to explain the dynamics of PBL.
