The nature of nurture

Article Abstract:

A disciplined process for managing organic growth together with the commitment of top-management backed-up with ample resources, is the solution to the damages and delays that growth initiatives might cause whenever there is great pressure for organic growth. The beginning of the growth process of a firm starts with an assessment of the gap between the ambitious goals for growth and the incremental projects already in the set of growth initiatives. The weak points, flawed assumptions, and risks of each growth initiative should be screened so that their full potential can be realized.
