The impact of creativity and learning on business excellence

Article Abstract:

The paper discusses three theories of business excellence, three types of learning within a business organization, and the creative process as it applies to corporate performance. A framework is devised by which the dynamic interplay among learning, creativity, and business excellence is explained.

Measuring the impact of buying behaviour on customer satisfaction

Article Abstract:

The article examines the relationship between customer expectations and customer satisfaction. Two Danish studies were conducted, one that used a Swedish and American customer satisfaction index, and another that used a European customer satisfaction index.
