The performance measurement of cause-related marketing by balance scorecard

Article Abstract:

Cause-related marketing by balance scorecard is used to evaluate financial performance and to integrate customer, internal, and learning and growth perspectives of performance. The criteria toward each performance perspective is outlined, a causal model which links these measures is presented, and a cause-related marketing methodology is proposed.

Integrating Hoshin Kanri and the balanced scorecard for strategic management: the case of higher education

Article Abstract:

A methodology that focuses on the vision and the use of strategies in an organization by merging Balanced Scorecard and Hoshin Kanri is discussed. It is believed that the combination of the two approaches create synergy. The implementation of the proposed methodology is explained based on an Engineering Management Graduate Program (EngMan).
