The quality and ethics connections: towards virtuous organization

The fundamental theories of ethics and morality are focused, which indicate that how this consideration can lead to better practice of social responsibility through a higher platform of quality. The implication for the extension and strengthening of the concept of quality by delineating definitional boundary of quality is developed.
