The 'which bank' trials

Article Abstract:

David Murray's plans for the Commonwealth Bank (CBA) have not gone very well with the staffers and investors. The 'Which New Bank' plan resulted in the top management quitting the bank. David Murray strongly defends his plans and opines that people have not yet fully digested his proposals. The improved share price notwithstanding, analysts are skeptical about the talk of improved customer service at the bank.
