The will to be successful to the core

Article Abstract:

Quantum Management International's survey of businesses in the financial sector determined that credit unions are the most stable and long-lasting. Their success results from several factors: strong internal culture, purpose which extends beyond generating revenue, and long-term orientation. Credit unions also greatly emphasize staff and customer relationships. Their approach may be a sound model for other companies.
