The CEO of Timberland, Jeffery Swartz, meets up with McDonald 's executives in New York office to convince the fast food behemoth that it should choose his $1.5 billion shoe and clothing company to provide its new uniforms. Swartz believes that the idea is to create more productive, efficient, loyal and committed employee base, which in turn helps produce good results.
