A conceptualization of an organizational learning culture in international joint ventures

Article Abstract:

A conceptual framework that depicts the relationship between the parent organizations' climate, international joint ventures (IJVs) organizational learning culture, innovativeness culture, innovation capacity, and IJV performance is presented. The IJV achieves superior performance by higher levels of innovativeness and innovation capacity, which are associated with its organizational learning culture.

Organizational resources enabling service responsiveness: evidence from Greece

Article Abstract:

The implementation of relationship marketing strategy based on a sample of business-to-business firms operating in Greece is examined. The results indicated that relationship marketing is a strategic activity that depends on the history of the firm's culture and overall resources.
