Czech Republic: The volume of packaging waste per inhabitant was 129 kg in 1996 compared to 113.6 kg in 1994. Packaging represents about one third of the total volume of civil waste. About 3 mil t of civil waste are produced every year. About 53% of all packaging waste are intended for dumps, nearly 20% for burning and 21% for recycling currently. The majority of waste materials intended for recycling are represented by glass and paper. About 28% of all waste materials intended for recycling are represented by glass, 28% by paper, 4% by plastic packaging and 6% by metal packaging. A dump is the cheapest way of disposal. The costs on the salvage, transport and storage of one tonne of mixed waste are 1,400 Kc. About 600 Kc of the sum are represented by the cost on the storage of waste in a dump.

The first FORTH program dumps the memory in decimal or hexi-decimal format by using start address in the format of desired dump. The second program prints a line or block of text after input of starting address. The program is assumed to be in contigious memory blocks.
