A weight-assessing method with habitual domains

Article Abstract:

A new weight-assessing model was created based on a model of behavior mechanism and the theory of habitual domains. The model, which utilizes connectivities between criteria, considers decision-making as a dynamically adjusting process from the ideal to the actual states. Application of the model to assess the mode-choice behavior of motorcycle users in Taipei City, Taiwan revealed that travel cost and walking time serve as motorcycle travelers' two important criteria.
