World Online shareholders look to Sue Brink, ABN Amro

Nina Brink, founder of Internet service provider World Online International NV and its ABN Amro are scheduled to attend a hearing in an Amsterdam court after shareholders filed a lawsuit against both for alleged violation of Dutch securities rule in their controversial initial public offering last March.

ABN Amro sues APP, three units to recover $31 million in debt

ABN Amro Bank NV has filed a lawsuit against Asia Pulp and Paper Co. (APP) and three of its units for the recovery of loans. ABN is attempting to recover US$31 million (33.2 million euros) in loans it grantd to APP.
