The software development company of Hyderabad, Fortune Office Systems Pvt Ltd, has developed a software for Computer-aided Administration of Registration Department (CARD) project. The most important component of the project is the preservation of documents and their easy retrieval. CARD can computerise the various functions of the department and scan only those documents which are duly registered, archiving in a foolproof manner on CDs and easy retrieval. The software is designed to ensure against human errors, unauthorised insertions or deletions and loss of data. (gsh)
