Alcatel-Lucent of France has forecast a fourth quarter downturn in operating profit and revenues for 2006 will be flat. The telecommunications operator expects operating income of approximately 120 million Euros for the fourth quarter and revenues of 12.3 billion Euros with operating income of 710 million Euros for 2006.
