An intercultural communication model is developed that could be used by a multinational corporation. Specific cultural and communication interactions were evaluated in the development of this model.

An examination of exploration and exploitation capabilities: implications for product innovation and market performance

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted to examine the conversion of firm resources into exploration and exploitation capabilities, and the effects of these capabilities on firm outcomes. It is hypothesized that technological and marketing resources provide a foundation for establishing exploitation and exploration capabilities. The results of the survey confirm this hypothesis.
