Carlsberg catches flak in Hong Kong for airing ad that many say is sexist

Article Abstract:

Carlsberg A.S. has been labelled sexist by critics who disapprove of the brewing company's latest commercial. Carlsberg's 60-second spot features young Chinese men describing what they appreciate most about women's legs. Suggestive shots of shapely female legs flash on screen as the men converse. The commercial has incurred the ire of both male and female drinkers, advertising executives and women's groups. The commercial was meant to increase Carlsberg's competitive edge in the Hong Kong market.
