Anheuser wants world to know beer is healthy

Article Abstract:

Anheuser-Busch Companies Inc. of the United States is hosting a dinner/lecture series for medical journalists with Dr. Meir Stampfer of Harvard University. Dr. Stampfer has done much research on the health aspects of beer and is convinced that moderate imbibing of alcoholic beverages has positive health benefits, lowering the risk of diabetes, heart attack and other medical conditions.
