Medicated cleansers and acne remedies

Article Abstract:

The United Kingdom market for medicated cleansers and acne remedies is expected to decline to 23.9 million pounds sterling by 1998 at constant 1993 prices. The decline will be due to the falling population aged 15-24. The medicated cleanser and acne remedy market grew to 26 million pounds sterling in 1993 from 25 million pounds sterling in 1992, with sales boosted by the launch of new products previously available only on prescription. The market is examined in detail.
